  • Collaborate with EHR vendors to define HL7 messaging specifications.
  • Conduct interface testing and provide go-live support.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding clients.
  • Utilize project management tools for task tracking.
  • Develop and implement solutions for issues during the onboarding process.
  • Communicate regularly with project managers about progress.
  • Work remotely and manage client relationships effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in healthcare consulting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with project management tools like MS Project and JIRA.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lead and supervise others.
  • Experience with HL7 interface development.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and quality service.
  • Strong Microsoft Suite skills required.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
