Overview

We’re seeking a confident Email & SMS Account Manager with hands-on experience managing Klaviyo or similar ESPs, who can juggle multiple clients and lead creatives with minimal oversight.

  • Work fully remote with availability during EST business hours.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of eCommerce retention marketing experience.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts.
  • Experience with Klaviyo or similar ESPs.
  • Strong portfolio of email and SMS campaigns.
  • Strategic thinker with a focus on creativity and performance.
  • Excellent communication skills for client interactions.
  • Attention to detail in creative outputs.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce metrics.
  • U.S. or Colombia-based within ±3 hours of EST.
