Bask Health is a platform for telehealth, providing compliant and accessible no-code software for launching and scaling direct-to-consumer telehealth businesses. They offer electronic medical records, payment processing, pharmacy fulfillment and compounding, website building, and patient management systems. Bask Health aims to be the Shopify for e-prescribing.

In Short

• This is a full-time remote role for an Account Manager.
• The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
• Identifying areas for improvement in clients' telehealth business.
• Providing support and guidance to clients.
• Conducting regular check-ins to ensure clients' needs are met.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience in account management, customer service, or a related field.
• Familiarity with telehealth and/or healthcare industry is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
