As the Founding Head of Marketing/Growth at a Berlin-based fintech startup, you will lead the customer acquisition strategy and build the growth engine from the ground up.

• Own the end-to-end customer acquisition strategy.
• Define and scale customer acquisition across various channels.

Requirements

• Experience building a B2C customer acquisition engine.
• Hands-on experience in multiple marketing channels.
• Strong analytical skills and fluency with tools.
• A product mindset and ownership mentality.
• Experience in fintech is a plus.
