• Building, managing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns (Performance Max, Shopping, Search) for E-Commerce and Lead Generation.
• Creating and optimizing landing pages/websites using Onepage, WordPress, or Webflow.
• Analyzing and testing complete funnels from ad to conversion (including A/B testing).
• Utilizing tools like Hotjar, Analytics, and Tag Manager for behavioral analysis and optimization.
• Maintaining and importing product data into Shopify for E-Commerce projects.
• Data management and feed creation using Google Sheets.
• Conducting client meetings, making recommendations, and identifying potentials.
• Using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, sheet automations) to enhance efficiency.
• Independent project work – remote, structured, and goal-oriented.

Requirements

• At least 2-3 years of experience with Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max).
• Experience in independently building, optimizing, and scaling campaigns.
• Experience in creating and optimizing websites and landing pages using tools like Onepage, WordPress, or Webflow.
• Good understanding of conversion psychology, funnel structures, and user behavior.
• Experience with analysis and tracking tools (e.g., Hotjar, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager).
• Proficient in Google Sheets (formulas, data imports, feed management).
• Ideally experienced with Shopify (products, variants, CSV imports).
• Remote working experience, structured work style, and a high degree of personal responsibility.
• Strong communication skills, solution-oriented, and enjoyment in direct client contact.
• Openness and enthusiasm for using AI tools in daily work (e.g., ChatGPT).
