We are seeking a skilled and proactive Digital Account & Paid Ads Specialist to join our client's team. This client-facing role is ideal for someone who thrives on relationship-building, strategic thinking, and managing performance across paid and organic digital marketing channels.

In Short

  • Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring a seamless experience and strategic digital performance.
  • Lead and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Meta.
  • Collaborate closely with internal campaign specialists to ensure campaign execution aligns with client growth objectives.
  • Communicate proactively via email, calls, and meetings with clients, delivering updates and performance insights.
  • Evaluate campaign effectiveness and suggest optimizations.
  • Create and maintain agendas, meeting notes, and post-call recaps.
  • Oversee campaign delivery timelines and manage multiple accounts across varying industries.
  • Assist in CRM system implementation to track and convert leads effectively.
  • Coordinate with design, content, and analytics teams to deliver cohesive digital solutions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly in managing paid ads.
  • Strong understanding of Google Ads and Meta advertising platforms.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns based on performance.
  • Experience in SEO and content marketing is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.
