Test Resources Associate - Remote

Overview

The Test Resources Associate will manage testing resource administration and provide customer support in a fully remote role.

In Short

• Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries related to test resources.
• Manage and document tickets from receipt to resolution.
• Oversee the administration of test resources like SIM cards and data packages.
• Monitor inventory levels and track resource usage.
• Perform financial tracking and reconciliations of prepaid resources.
• Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill resource requests.
• Prepare and share reports on resource status and operational efficiency.
• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, IT, or related field.
• Proficiency in Arabic and professional proficiency in English required.
• Experience in customer support or administrative roles is essential.
