Overview

The Junior Talent Acquisition & Outsourcing Officer supports end-to-end recruitment processes and assists in managing outsourced resources within an international environment.

In Short

• Assist in sourcing candidates through various platforms.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Support the screening process by reviewing CVs.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in tracking tools.
• Post job openings and prepare recruitment-related documentation.
• Coordinate with external vendors and support onboarding.
• Collaborate with HR teams to understand hiring needs.
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
• Assist with ad-hoc HR projects.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or administration.
• Strong interest in talent acquisition.
• High attention to detail and organization skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Basic familiarity with MS Office and online recruitment tools.
