Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR coordination.
• Familiarity with sourcing tools and ATS systems.
• Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Organized and proactive in a remote setting.
• Cultural sensitivity for international collaboration.
