Azurreo is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Talent Acquisition and Outsourcing Officer to support end-to-end recruitment and outsourcing operations, helping to attract, assess, and onboard talent across multiple regions.

In Short

• Support the full recruitment lifecycle and outsourcing coordination.
• Source candidates using various channels.
• Write and publish engaging job descriptions.
• Conduct initial screenings and schedule interviews.
• Maintain organized candidate pipelines in the ATS.
• Communicate professionally with candidates.
• Assist in onboarding and contracting for outsourced hires.
• Collaborate with hiring managers on role requirements.
• Participate in improving recruitment workflows.
• Gather market insights and salary benchmarking data.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR coordination.
• Familiarity with sourcing tools and ATS systems.
• Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Organized and proactive in managing tasks remotely.
• Cultural sensitivity and ability to work with international teams.
