As a Junior Talent Acquisition and Outsourcing Officer at Azurreo, you will support the recruitment and outsourcing operations, helping to attract and onboard talent across multiple regions, primarily in the MENA region.

• Support the full recruitment lifecycle and outsourcing coordination.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR coordination.
• Familiarity with sourcing tools and ATS systems.
• Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Organized and proactive in a remote setting.
• Cultural sensitivity and ability to work internationally.
