• Ensure seamless operation and quality of hosting and telecom services.
• Support deployment, relocation, and maintenance of hosting locations.
• Proactively monitor and troubleshoot Quality of Service (QoS) issues.
• Manage lifecycle of mobile line operations and coordinate with telecom operators.
• Provide timely updates and effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Prepare detailed reports on operational performance and customer feedback.
• Assist in cross-functional meetings and follow-up on action points.
• 1-2 years of experience in technical operations or IT support is required.
• Professional proficiency in English and strong Microsoft Office skills are essential.
• 100% remote work flexibility from anywhere in Lebanon.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a technical operations, IT support, telecom, or customer success role.
• Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is essential).
• Excellent organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Based in Lebanon with a dedicated setup for full-time remote work.
• Basic understanding of networking, hosting, or cloud infrastructure concepts is preferred.
• A proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused mindset is desired.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively with international teams.
