Junior Operations Officer - Remote

Overview

A Junior Operations Officer to support the coordination and administration of telecom operations in more than 60 countries.

In Short

• Manage administrative processes related to mobile line operations.
• Coordinate with telecom operators to resolve service issues.
• Maintain internal records and update operational databases.
• Follow up on procurement and logistical processes.
• Track and report issues via internal ticketing system.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams.
• Escalate problems to the appropriate team.
• Support reporting tasks and provide status updates to management.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in operations, telecom, or customer service.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other standard tools.
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
• Based in Lebanon and available for full-time remote work.
