Financial Assistant - Remote

Overview

As a Financial Assistant, you will support Azurreo’s international financial operations from Tunisia in a full-time, fully remote capacity. This role requires consistent availability and professional engagement during standard working hours.

In Short

• Process and validate supplier invoices accurately and on time
• Maintain and organize financial and supplier documentation
• Perform bank reconciliations
• Prepare regular financial reports
• Contribute to the creation and improvement of tracking dashboards
• Propose process optimizations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Strong proficiency in Excel and accounting software
• Full professional proficiency in English

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
• 2–3 years of professional experience in accounting or finance
• Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas)
• Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks or equivalent)
• English: Full professional proficiency (C1)
• French: Professional level (B2 or higher)
• Ability to work full-time (Monday to Friday) in a remote environment
• High level of autonomy, accuracy, and accountability
