Financial Assistant - Remote

We are looking for a proactive Financial Assistant to join our global Finance team and contribute to the smooth running of our accounting and financial operations.

In Short

• 100% remote position open to candidates based in Tunisia.
• Support international financial operations from Tunisia.
• Key role in supplier management and financial reporting reliability.
• Engage in continuous process improvement.
• Perform Procure-to-Pay (P2P) tasks.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and contribute to monthly and annual closures.
• Prepare regular financial reports and track discrepancies.
• Collaborate with teams to enhance operational efficiency.
• Required qualifications include a degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Excel (advanced functions).
• Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks or equivalent).
• Professional English (C1) and French (B2+).
• Reliable work setup for remote work in Tunisia.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and autonomy.
