Overview

We are looking for a part time, fully remote AI Software Engineer who can contribute across full stack development and voice AI logic.

In Short

Build and maintain the Nurse Dashboard using Next.js or React
Contribute to voice AI agent logic using Vapi or Retell
Write backend Python components to support voice workflows and data integrations
Use AI coding tools like Cursor to deliver fast, high quality code
Work with product, engineering and clinical teams to clarify requirements
Ensure performance, security, and reliability of user facing features
2–5 years hands on engineering experience required
Strong with React or Next.js, and confident with Python
Previous exposure to conversational AI or LLM agent building is a plus
Fast, independent, “AI-native” builder mindset
