Overview

The Systems Analyst is responsible for analyzing, maintaining, and supporting the Texas Integrated Eligibility and Referral System (TIERS) applications used within HHS, performing complex tasks like troubleshooting system issues, gathering user requirements, testing updates, and ensuring smooth operation for staff and beneficiaries accessing various social services programs through the TIERS platform.
