Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or relevant field.
• 8+ years of human resources experience, with 4 years in HRBP roles.
• 2+ years supporting a global organization.
• Experience in high-growth, fast-paced organizations.
• Strong project management and execution skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Proven ability to build trust with leaders at all levels.
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and changing priorities.
• Proficiency in Excel and analytical tools.
