In Short

• This is a high-impact role with broad exposure across finance, blockchain operations, and digital assets.
• Own key aspects of the month-end close process, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
• Manage financial operations for virtual goods and digital transactions, ensuring accurate accounting treatment.
• Collaborate with department leaders to develop, manage, and analyze budgets for both fiat and digital assets.
• Process semi-monthly and off-cycle payroll for US and Canadian employees.

Requirements

• Action-biased problem solver who loves complexity and thrives in ambiguity.
• Experience in accounting, with exposure to fast-paced tech, fintech, or blockchain companies preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS accounting standards.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with NetSuite, QuickBooks, or similar ERP systems is a plus.
• CPA or equivalent preferred but not required.
