Senior Financial Accountant - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Financial Accountant at NavVis, you will leverage your extensive experience in financial accounting to take responsibility and actively contribute to the development of our financial processes.

In Short

• Take full responsibility for processing and reconciling receivables.
• Coordinate and optimize processes related to invoice verification, approvals, and payment runs.
• Analyze discrepancies, develop solutions, and collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support financial management in the preparation and analysis of monthly and annual financial statements according to HGB.
• Identify improvement potentials and implement efficient solutions in accounting.
• Act as a central point of contact for auditors, tax advisors, and internal departments.

Requirements

• Completed commercial training (e.g., financial accountant, tax clerk) or a comparable qualification.
• First practical experience in financial accounting (1-2 years) is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and an interest in learning an accounting system (e.g., DATEV).
• Very good German language skills and good English skills (at least B2).
• A reliable, structured, and careful working style.
