In Short

• Create, review and edit legal resources pertaining to commercial property.
• Support processes to ensure content is continuously updated to reflect legal accuracy.
• Assist in the development and publication of content from private practice authors.
• Provide expert legal advice in response to enquiries from external customers.
• At least 7+ years of experience in commercial property law.
• Proven experience advising on various real estate matters.
• In-depth knowledge of Australian property laws and regulations.
• Additional knowledge of retail leasing is highly regarded.
• Prior legal publications within the property law space are valued.
• Must have full Australian working rights and be eligible to practice in Australia.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in commercial property law.
• Experience in property transactional matters, commercial leasing, and development projects.
• Knowledge of Australian property laws and regulations.
• Knowledge of retail leasing is a plus.
• Legal publications in property law are a plus.
• Must have Australian working rights.
