Procurement Lawyer - Remote

Overview

We are currently seeking junior and mid-level Procurement Lawyers to work with some of the world’s largest technology, consumer goods, and professional services companies.

In Short

• Advise corporate clients on procurement matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements.
• Standardize terms and contractual language for IT and technology contracts.
• Manage discussions with internal business stakeholders.
• 2+ years of corporate procurement experience required.
• Experience in IT procurement and supplier relationship management.
• Negotiation experience with opposing counsel is essential.
• Active bar license in good standing required.
• Competitive compensation starting at $120,000.
• Remote work with some on-site client requirements.

Requirements

• 2+ years corporate procurement experience on an in-house legal team.
• Experience supporting sales teams is helpful.
• Procurement support experience including direct and indirect procurement.
• Experience negotiating contract terms and conditions.
• Active bar license in good standing in the state of residence.
