Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements.
Standardize terms and contractual language for IT and technology contracts.
Manage discussions with internal business stakeholders.
2+ years of corporate procurement experience required.
Experience in IT procurement and supplier relationship management.
Negotiation experience with opposing counsel is essential.
Active bar license in good standing required.
Competitive compensation starting at $120,000.
Remote work with some on-site client requirements.
Requirements
2+ years corporate procurement experience on an in-house legal team.
Experience supporting sales teams is helpful.
Procurement support experience including direct and indirect procurement.
Experience negotiating contract terms and conditions.
Active bar license in good standing in the state of residence.
