Paralegal - Financial Services - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a paralegal to join our dynamic team and support our F500 clients in financial services.

In Short

• Work with clients to support their legal and compliance functions.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of compliance programs.
• Conduct and manage Know Your Customer (KYC) processes.
• Assist with legal administration tasks.
• Support company secretarial duties when required.
• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• 2-6 years of relevant experience as a paralegal.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Requirements

• Experience in compliance work is ideal.
• Legal academic background is not a must.
• Chinese skills are advantageous but not required.
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Capable of working collaboratively in a team environment.
