Product Counsel and Marketing Attorney - Remote

Overview

We are currently seeking Product Counsel and Marketing Attorneys to support a highly well-known global F500 client, remotely.

In Short

• Provide legal guidance on product initiatives, marketing campaigns, and related commercial arrangements.
• Support partnerships, vendor relationships, and third-party agreements tied to products and marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient legal review and compliance processes.
• Ensure adherence to privacy, advertising, consumer protection, and industry-specific standards as needed.

Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing in the U.S.
• Minimum 3-7+ years of experience in product counsel, marketing law, or technology transactions, preferably in-house.
• Knowledge of marketing, privacy, and advertising-related legal considerations.
• Experience supporting product launches or commercial initiatives in technology or consumer-focused industries.
