We are currently seeking Energy Lawyers specializing in Oil & Gas to work with our global clients in the energy industry. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in oil and gas law, with expertise in providing legal advice and support on a wide range of energy-related matters.

• Advise clients on regulatory compliance matters related to oil and gas exploration, production, and transportation.
• Draft and negotiate a variety of oil and gas agreements.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local government laws and regulations.
• Active bar license in the state of residence required.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience practicing law in oil and gas.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. federal and state laws governing the oil and gas industry.
• Experience with EPC agreements is preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential.
• Experience advising on upstream, midstream, and downstream oil and gas transactions is advantageous.
• Competitive compensation starting at $155,000.

Requirements
