Commercial Real Estate Attorney - Remote

Overview

We are currently seeking a Commercial Real Estate Attorney to work with some of the world’s largest companies across multiple industries.

In Short

• Working with and advising corporate clients directly regarding commercial real estate matters
• Drafting and negotiating real estate finance documents and supporting internal client teams
• Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal business partners and stakeholders
• 5+ years of commercial real estate experience, preferably in an in-house environment
• Complex commercial real estate experience including real estate finance, leasing, and acquisitions and sales
• Experience working independently and cross-functionally and taking on complex projects
• Active bar license in good standing in the state in which you currently reside
• Experience with construction agreements is a plus
• This role offers a range of competitive compensation starting at $125,000

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial real estate experience, preferably in an in-house environment
