Axiom Law is seeking a talented Commercial Lawyer to provide legal support and ensure compliance with regulations for various clients.

In Short

• Advising on commercial law issues.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating national and international commercial contracts.

Requirements

• Completed first and second state examinations in law; additional qualifications (LL.M. or similar) are a plus.
• At least 2 years of experience in commercial law, ideally in a corporate setting.
• Strong knowledge of contract law and proven experience in contract drafting and negotiation.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
