We are currently seeking a Banking & Finance Lawyer to work with various Axiom clients across all industries.

In Short

• Providing practical in-house legal advice and support on a wide range of finance transactions.
• Advising on corporate lending transactions, leveraged acquisition finance, project finance, and asset-backed finance.
• Engaging in the drafting, negotiating, and reviewing of financing documents.
• Advising on domestic and cross-border transactions.
• Managing external counsel.

Requirements

• Good academic credentials and post-qualification experience.
• Strong commercial understanding and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Desire to provide excellent client service and build strong relationships.
• Ability to adapt to new situations and work environments.
• Eligibility to practice as a lawyer in the UK.
