Overview

We are looking for a DLP & Insider Threat Specialist to help our client assess, design, and implement a comprehensive insider threat and data loss prevention capability. The client’s current monitoring and controls in this area are minimal, and the successful candidate will have a unique opportunity to shape the future of this critical domain.

In Short

• Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the current state of insider threat monitoring.
• Define a roadmap to enhance visibility, detection, and prevention of insider threats.
• Identify appropriate DLP technologies.
• Recommend and support deployment of Insider Threat Management platforms.
• Develop operational processes for insider threat detection and response.
• Build awareness and training programs to mitigate insider threats.
• Establish KPIs and reporting mechanisms.
• Collaborate with HR, Legal, and IT to ensure compliance.

Requirements

• 8+ years of cybersecurity experience, with 2–3 years focused on DLP or Insider Threat.
• Proven experience in medium to large organisations.
• Strong understanding of regulatory and privacy considerations.
• Knowledge of behavioural analytics and data classification strategies.
• Experience with tools like Microsoft Purview and others.
• Familiarity with risks unique to gambling and gaming companies.
• Excellent analytical and documentation skills.
