Appian Lead - Remote

Overview

The Appian Lead role involves leading application support and development of BPM based solutions using Appian technologies, with a focus on performance and stakeholder management.

• Minimum of 6 to 8+ years of experience in Appian application support and development.
• Proven skills in Appian 19.x, 20.x, 21.x and above.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and MySQL.

• Experience in production support and Appian plug-in development.
• Appian L2 certification is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Remote work with occasional travel to Frankfurt.

• Fluent in German and English.
• Experience in system integration and mobile application development.
• Good understanding of Appian architecture and BPMN standards.
• Experience with incident and problem management.
• Experience in relational database management and data modeling.
• Ability to monitor and report on application performance.
• Experience with Appian Sites and Records.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Rally.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on experience in cloud-hosted environments.
