Senior AI Engineer - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join our growing AI team with a mission to design, develop, and deploy AI models that drive our conversational applications. The role will focus on leveraging advanced AI technologies, specifically in Large Language Models (LLMs), to create scalable and impactful solutions that enhance our products.

• Design, develop, and deploy AI models for conversational applications.

Requirements

• At least 7 years experience as a Software Engineer, 5 of them working with Python.
• Proficiency in Python and experience building large scalable applications.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG, embedding models, and prompt engineering.
• Experience with LangChain and developing LLM-based applications.
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability for work produced.
• Team player eager to collaborate and contribute to team success.
• Problem-solving mindset with creativity and perseverance.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English.
