Overview

The Account Assistant (f/m/d) role is an entry-level position focused on supporting Client Services teams in the affiliate marketing industry, providing operational support and ensuring the delivery of service packages.

In Short

• Support the Client Services team with network's largest clients.
• Upload offers and creatives to advertiser programs.
• Produce regular reports and manipulate data for analysis.
• Conduct program audits and monitor affiliate performance.
• Perform competitor benchmarking and account health checks.
• Take proactive approach with assigned projects.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in recruiting affiliates onto programs.

Requirements

• Proactive attitude towards clients and team members.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Familiarity with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
