Overview

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager / Head of Product / Chief Product Officer to lead the development and growth of their mobile and web applications in the insurtech space.

In Short

• Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch.
• Implement gamification strategies to enhance user engagement.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
• Gather and analyze user feedback for product improvement.

Requirements

• Day 0 and day 1 experience in a startup.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager in tech, preferably insurtech or fintech.
• Experience in building and launching mobile and web applications.
• Strong understanding of gamification principles.
• Excellent commercial sense and track record of driving product revenue.
• Experience in A/B testing and analysis tools.
• Minimum 5 years in user research, product management, or product design.
• Experience with data analytics and user research.
