In Short

• Lead the tax function for the AVIV Group.
• Oversee German tax compliance and coordination for Group subsidiaries.
• Maintain the Group's transfer pricing policy.
• Support preparation and audit of consolidated financial statements.
• Provide tax due diligence for investments and acquisitions.
• Collaborate with auditors and tax advisors.
• Act as the main contact for tax authorities.
• Report directly to the CFO.

• Work in an international environment with diverse cultures.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in a similar role.
• Proven track record in tax compliance.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in a multinational corporate or accounting firm.
• Business partner to CFO and executive leadership.
• Hands-on working style with analytical skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
