Overview

As a Software Business Analyst at Avery Dennison, you’ll be at the heart of our product development process, translating business needs into technical solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and ensure high-quality delivery.

In Short

• Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to document requirements.
• Support technical teams in aligning business goals with technical capabilities.
• Define and document data models and structures.
• Design and execute test scenarios and use cases.
• Produce detailed technical documentation.
• Promote collaboration and drive innovation within the Product community.
• Collaborate actively with the development team and Scrum Master.
• Ensure quality of product increments with the Product Owner.
• Contribute to product deliverables and release notes.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent work experience.
• Business Analysis experience is a strong asset.
• Experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Strong understanding of software engineering architecture.
• Experience with cloud-based software development is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Desire to learn new technologies.
• Knowledge of the retail apparel market is a plus.
