Sabot Consulting is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in pension software to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in business analysis, specifically within pension or retirement-related software development projects. This role involves working closely with various departments to enhance operational efficiency, improve service delivery, and align IT processes with industry best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in pension software development.
• Proficiency in business analysis methods and tools (Power BI, SQL, Microsoft Office).
• Experience with Agile Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS and Azure is a plus.
