Overview

We are seeking an Innovation Market Analyst to join our Front End Innovation team in Global R&D based in North America. This position is hybrid, allowing for remote work and some in-person meetings.

• Conduct primary and secondary market research to deliver insights.
• Collaborate with teams to evaluate market-driven innovation ideas.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 5 years of market analysis experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with R&D groups on market-driven innovation.
• Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to connect with external stakeholders remotely.
• Experience in a matrix organization.
