DeFi Trade and Investment Operations Associate - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a DeFi and smart contract enthusiast to work closely with our portfolio management team on DeFi operations. Our ethos is to develop robust, scalable solutions that improve the efficiency of the business and accuracy of our data. In Short

• Manage wallet and vault set up & multisig processes maintaining records
• Assume end to end responsibility for on-chain trading activity
• Coordinate trade execution and signing processes with third party vault owners
• Review established trading parameters and suggest improvements
• Troubleshoot operational bottlenecks and delays
• Manage post trade record keeping processes
• Draft new processes and improve existing ones
• Assist with setting up new on-chain vaults
• Assist with periodic reconciliation of vault pricing
• Assist with client onboarding or requests

Requirements

• Experience in DeFi and smart contracts
• Knowledge of trading operations and asset management
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience with process improvement
• Good communication skills
