In Short

  • We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative with a technical focus for our team in Herford, Germany.
  • You will be the first point of contact for our customers alongside the sales team.
  • Provide exceptional support and utilize your technical knowledge to solve complex problems.
  • Configure customer-specific solutions during the offer and order phase using our system landscape.
  • Conduct individual technical specifications of our products and oversee them.
  • Create appropriate cost calculations and offers.
  • Resolve technical customer issues related to our products and services.
  • Coordinate with sales, purchasing, CAD, and production control as a central point in order configuration and administration.
  • Advise and inform our domestic and international customers as an internal contact person.
  • Maintain article and master data in our ERP system.

Requirements

  • You are best suited for us if you have completed a technical training or are a certified mechanical engineering technician.
  • You have experience in customer service, preferably in a technical support role.
  • You possess strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
  • You are familiar with processing technologies such as CNC machining, turning, milling, assembly, surface treatment, grinding, heat treatment, coating, etc.
  • You have basic knowledge of electrical engineering.
  • You bring good assertiveness.
  • You are flexible and resilient.
  • You have good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems.
  • You have good English skills.
