In Short

  • Act as the central contact point for operational business inquiries.
  • Coordinate and document customer requests regarding operational processes and services.
  • Ensure the delivery of operational services in compliance with agreed SLAs.
  • Maintain and develop good operational relationships with customers.
  • Create management reports and capture monthly billing information.
  • Possess a successful banking education or equivalent qualification.
  • Have a good understanding of banking products and processes.
  • Proficient in MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Fluent in German and good English skills.
  • Strong communication skills and quick comprehension.

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar role is a plus.
  • Experience in the service sector for banks or in IT is advantageous.
