Finance Business Partner (Pharma Agency) - Remote

Overview

The Finance Business Partner will serve as a strategic partner to the US Marketing leadership team, implementing data-driven analytics and enhancing financial processes and reporting for Avalere Health’s largest division.

• Partner with project delivery and client service teams to track project revenue and staffing allocations.
• Provide actionable analysis and insights to maximize financial performance.
• Lead the planning and reporting processes for US Marketing.
• Produce and present high-quality divisional reports and analytics.
• Drive change to establish a best-in-class finance reporting function.
• Lead monthly financial reporting and revenue recognition processes.
• Liaise with Corporate FP&A and Human Resources for data accuracy.
• Collaborate to ensure financial processes operate within a strong control environment.
• Own financial reporting timetable and contribute to annual audits.
• 5+ years’ experience as a finance business partner or in a finance leadership program.
