• Join the Treasury team as a T-shaped Software Engineer.
• Strong focus on Python and backend systems.
• Design and maintain backend services and data pipelines.
• Own features end-to-end from design to production.
• Work with PostgreSQL and maintain schemas for analytics.
• Deploy and monitor ETL workflows using Apache Airflow.
• Contribute to infrastructure-as-code on AWS.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain code quality.
• Communicate proactively in async channels.
• Work in a fast-paced, autonomous team environment.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong skills in Python (3.11+) and SQL.
• Experience with AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3, IAM).
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools like Pulumi or Terraform.
• Solid understanding of ETL concepts and data modeling.
• Experience with PostgreSQL schema design and migrations.
• Knowledge of Docker and CI/CD practices.
• Familiarity with EVM chains and basic Web3 concepts.
• Strong async communication skills.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment.
