Technical Project Manager, Collaboration Services - Remote

Overview

We're looking for an experienced and talented Technical Program Manager to join the Collaboration Services team responsible for the global footprint of collaboration platforms including E-mail, Chat, Web Conferencing, and Telephony.

In Short

• Manage specific programs/projects with distinct beginnings and ends.
• Drive adoption of Microsoft 365 across the organization.
• Work cross-functionally with business leaders and engineering teams.
• Ensure program completion within defined schedule, budget, and quality parameters.
• Develop and maintain program/project plans and schedules.
• Deliver presentations in support of program objectives.
• Monitor and analyze performance of partners.
• Consult on complex program/project plans.
• Implement changes to optimize program effectiveness.
• Facilitate meetings and coordinate deliverables across teams.

Requirements

• 5 to 7+ years of experience in IT related projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Suite, especially Teams and Sharepoint.
• Experience in a collaborative, Agile environment.
• Proven project management skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Certified Agile/Scrum Product Owner or Scrum Professional preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proactive and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage client and stakeholder expectations.
• Strong planning skills.
