Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Collaboration Senior Systems Engineer to join our Collaboration Experience team. In this role, you will automate business processes, participate in the technical design of platforms, and manage ongoing feature changes for premium collaboration applications.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of technology support experience.
• 5+ years in Administration and implementation of Collaboration Tools.
• 4+ years experience building efficiency workflows.
• Extensive experience with design and messaging platforms.
• Experience using APIs, CSS, HTML, Python, Ruby, JavaScript.
• Ability to decompose complex problems.
• Successful track record in multi-functional team projects.
• Strong collaborative skills.
• Experience with performance and capacity planning.
• Ability to write and maintain automation scripts.
