Overview

As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for implementing HR strategies and supporting the Tech department in building high-performing teams through learning and development initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, psychology, or related field.
  • HR experience in tech, ideally in an international startup.
  • Expertise in learning and development and employee growth strategies.
  • Strong project management and data-driven mindset.
  • Basic knowledge of German labor law.
  • Fluent in English (C1); German is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to Berlin.
