Overview

As a Customer Service Representative, you will ensure that our quality standards are maintained even after vehicle purchases, contributing to sustainable customer loyalty through careful and solution-oriented handling of customer reviews.

In Short

  • Act as a point of contact for customers post-vehicle purchase, addressing their reviews on Trustpilot and Google.
  • Improve service by actively collecting and analyzing customer feedback to find satisfactory solutions.
  • Provide creative and customer-oriented responses on various review platforms to ensure excellent service quality.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction KPIs by analyzing feedback and deriving quality assurance measures.
  • Support the development of Autohero's social media strategy by researching current topics, news, and trends.
  • Act as a communicative link between customers, internal departments, and service providers.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills and a service-oriented attitude with enjoyment in customer contact.
  • Structured, responsible, and team-oriented work style.
  • Interest in cars and a willingness to learn new things in this area; career changers are welcome.
  • Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written, and proficiency with Google Tools (Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, etc.).
