Customer Service Representative in Online Check-Out (d/f/m) - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (d/f/m) to join the Autohero team and ensure a first-class customer journey. You will be the first point of contact for all inquiries related to vehicle orders, making the car purchase a great experience!

In Short

• Be the first contact and guide customers from online ordering to verification.
• Collaborate with colleagues from other departments to ensure smooth vehicle delivery.
• Manage tasks effectively and set priorities within the team.
• Help customers receive their new cars as quickly as possible with our unique Glastruck delivery service.

Requirements

• Previous experience in private customer support.
• Enjoy communicating via phone and chat; passionate about customer service.
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
• Team player with a hands-on mentality and quick comprehension.
• Fluent in German (spoken and written); English skills are a plus.
• Proficient in Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, etc.).
• Experience in remote work is advantageous.
