We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) to join our Autohero team, focusing on our online customers and assisting with all questions and concerns related to the purchase of our premium cars, including order cancellations. Your exceptional contribution and personality will ensure an excellent customer experience!

• Support our private customers from the online business, prioritizing customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Enjoy customer contact with a reliable and solution-oriented work style.
• Experience in telephone customer support; automotive knowledge is not a must.
• Team player with a good dose of self-motivation.
• Very good German language skills and proficiency in Microsoft and Excel.
