Customer Service Manager - Aftersales - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Customer Service Manager to join our Customer Operations Team, supporting customers with inquiries related to car purchases and ensuring a smooth process and excellent customer experience in our Autohero Retail Department.

In Short

• First Level Support (via phone or email)
• Customer support in Aftersales: inquiries about delivery times, document dispatch, etc.
• Assistance in complaint handling
• Diverse general administrative tasks

Requirements

• Ideally, you have completed a commercial training - initial experience with customers is an advantage.
• Enjoyment of customer service, communication skills, independent work, and a team-oriented positive attitude.
• Complex topics do not pose a challenge for you, and you are not afraid of new challenges.
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written, as well as solid English skills (B1) - additional language skills are a plus.
