Overview

We are looking for a Customer Service / Call Center Agent to join our team at Autohero. You will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless car purchasing experience from order to delivery.

In Short

• Be the first contact and guide customers from order completion to vehicle delivery.
• Collaborate with colleagues to research order statuses and ensure smooth vehicle delivery.
• Maintain an overview of tasks and set priorities within the team.
• Help customers receive their new cars as quickly as possible with our unique delivery service.

Requirements

• Initial experience in dialog marketing, call center, or customer service.
• Enjoy customer contact with a structured and solution-oriented work style.
• Team player with a hands-on mentality.
• Positive attitude and commitment to achieving self-set goals.
• Fluent in German, with English skills being a plus, and proficient in Google Workspace tools.
